What do you like best about the leadership team?
It's all about the culture they create. Aveanna leadership is one of a kind, immediately you are family, and that is not just talk. All of the teamwork, engagement, acknowledgement, recognition, and support flows from leadership to every level within our company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Where can I begin, never in my entire career have I had the support of such a large dispersed team. Projects, assignments, and core responsibilities can become at times overwhelming. The teamwork is amazing and across all lines of business. There are almost daily examples of this fact!
What makes you most happy at work?
Making a difference, we all are contributors. Aveanna is the truly the heart of healthcare. Every single person regardless of the role is out making a difference in thousands of peoples lives daily. That makes me happy, to think that every day, my efforts actually help to improve peoples lives.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are all family, that is absolutely a fact. And as such you feel a part of the business, not like an employee, but more like a business owner. The can do, positive culture is alive here; we laugh, we work hard, we have fun, and sometimes we are sad, but always together.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Benefits are extremely important to everyone. Here at Aveanna I have a registered dietitian, and a health coach as part of my benefit package. They contact me monthly to check in and monitor my progress toward my health goals. It would cost me hundreds of dollars to get this benefit on my own.
