Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel undervalued, just under compensated. I turned down other offers making 30- 40K more for similar positions to work here because I feel strongly about the leadership team and the company mission. At some point, I hope the compensation matches my passion for the company.
