Seeing my team reach their QTR. goals, they work so hard to accomplish.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The base rate is fair and with the ability to receive an yearly bonus.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership team is devoted to assisting with special payer projects, reaching out to their contacts in order to push claims for resolution. It is truly a team effort to get our patients claims paid.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Work from home has been the most positive, I still feel very connected to my team through TEAMS calls...but the amount of stress related to my morning/evening commute has been taking off of me and my work/life balance has improved so much.
