The environment is appropriately challenging and dynamic, it is relatively easy to activate new ideas and there are few roadblocks to implementation...no red tape.

The leadership team is very approachable and consistently focused on improving the lives of employees and the patients that they serve. The leadership team recently launched a contest to provide very lucrative bonuses for existing nurses willing to provide more help to our patients.
