I am proud of the work we do. My clinical team recognizes my value and always reminds me of how important I am to this team. However, Leadership does not make me feel very valued do to my low pay and lack of consideration to my work/life balance.

I would appreciate if it was consistent with the cost of living, as well as reflective of my 4 years of loyalty to the company.
