Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Healthcare is currently underpaid. It isn't Aveanna that is undepaying. It's the system that is holding back.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I only answered an 8 because I really don't know the ones that are above me . I haven't had the chance to meet them in person yet. I do feel that the staff is caring and understanding.
