When i work with them we are on the same page we are there for the client

They treat me like a valued employee and I've actually talked to them they aren't random strangers im the office. They treat me as if the care about me personally.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I guess my pay it matches what i made before but now im being offered a lot more so it would be nice if the company was comparable to others in the industry.
