I can be my daughters nurse and provide quality care to meet her needs. Make my own schedule and hours
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Huge paycut with in home nursing. Hence the shortage, people are going to higher payed jobs. They have families to support as well. Also missed the higher on bonus on no fault of my own.
