I like it so far. I am not sure about my boss right now and this makes me feel insecure about tge job. I settled for the salary and benefits and i hope it can sustain me. Id rather stay here with Aveanna and see improvements and rewards for my accomplishments rather than search for another compan

They work together as a team and value one another.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Friendly, supportive coworkers. I don't know thst much else at this time, too new.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
It's difficult to comment right now as i have only been with the company for two months and i really do not know much about the leadership at Aveanna.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have 20+ years of nursing experience and i am making 5 dollars an hour more than a new graduate nurse with zero experience. That is not fair compensation.
What makes you most happy at work?
To see and care for the childen and the staff. To know i am making a difference in the lives of these children and being a positive, supportive role model to my staff.
