What do you like best about the leadership team?
A+++! Always available to answer my questions in non-judgmental, straight fwd way. They're knowledgeable, kind, dedicated, down-to-earth, & approachable/ easy to talk to. They explain why staff are asked to do their work a certain way, that's great bc understanding rational=increased compliance.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They are laid back but extremely effective and always professional. No micromanagement thus far, meaning they trust & have faith in their employees which means the world to me. Although they let employees work ind. they step in to handle any issues that arise in an appropriate & professional way.
