Sometimes think was thrown into the job and forgotten and expected to catch up the months of work not done prior to me arriving. Given a mess to cleanup. No files made on any patients and I need to find time with my normal daily tasks to do months of work. Frustrating not starting with a clean slate

Positive, happy, good listeners and alssys willing to jump in and help one another out when some of the team are out sick or have too mamt patoents on then for the day!
What makes you most happy at work?
Doing my job well wnd the fact knowing we are helping take care of families loved ones and providing a service that allows them to be at home in the end to make more memories with the families and to give them more time with the families
