could probably make more $ somewhere else but I love the culture and executive team at aveanna

i hope to get a raise but I understand budgets were in big issue for the company this year, I understand there are ups and downs in corp like this but do I would like to be compensated more at some point feel it will help be to be invested in building a long term career here, which is want I want!
