I love my job and my daily routine helping patients. If would be fantastic if i had better reliable intake so i can focus more on bringing in the business and soley do my job description and not have to micro manage intake to ensure my referrals get worked and completed in a timley manner.

When ive helped patients and referral sources get the supplies needed and make them feel at ease and taken care of
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The fact i might not be paid my due comission if a goal is not met. Especially when intake controls the monthly outcome when the referrals are brought in, in surplus to the goal. Not receiving the bonus last year. My performance speaks for itself, should have been given
