The leadership team makes me feel like a real person and part of the Aveanna family, not just a number!
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I feel like not everyones passion for the job meets mine. I would like to communicate better, more timely, and get more in person face time!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like my base salary is low compared to others in the field and that it should increase especially with inflation and where the market is right now. Commision stricture is great, however i am hoping for opportunities to raise my salary in the near future
