My manager is amazing and my co workers are great. My main worry is, are my efforts truly being recognized and will it lead to higher pay/more opportunity? I'm aware of the economy, but we still have to perform.
What makes you most happy at work?
When my efforts are arewarded through actions (raises, more PTO, etc), not just words.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am currently juggling more than 1 responsibility, yet my pay is tied to 1 job. If a pay raise is not an option, why not offer additional perks like more PTO? The current PTO plan is poor, unless you've been with the company a long time.
