What makes you most happy at work?
Working with my local team (intake, warehouse, and sales) and being able to meet other dietitians and RNCMs in the field. I love the teaching component.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
One of the biggest drivers for me joining Aveanna was my manager. She seemed like a very supportive leader who valued having work life balance and flexibility at work. I have never had that as an employee. I feel valued and heard by her.
