Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I enjooy the work I do, which helps with the current rate of compensation received. It is a lot of work and sometimes extends outside of normal business hours, but again I enjoy it. The cost of goods and services have increased tremendously; an improvement in work compensation would be benificial.
