Everything. You need competent, trusting, and professional individuals working for this agency.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The lack of communication and professionalism with this agency, is beyond me. I have had great difficulty with getting assistance, clarification, they agency is not organized, and I have yet to receive any patients. I have messages to individuals, incl my recruiter, re: my experience. Unprofessional
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My experience with this agency has been horrible, unprofessional, zero communication, and it has been nothing but a waste of time. I thoroughly enjoy my job, and I thoroughly enjoy assisting my patients, especially being that I believe that they should learn how to navigate the system on their own.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The agency, as a whole is very unprofessional, zero communication, and a waste of my time. It's disheartening, because if they will do this to myself, and I am a competent, professional adult, what are they doing to these patients. I am a big advocate for the people I service, so this is frustrating
