First of all, i truly hope this is annonymous!!! If not i guess im not making friends and well... People's positions aren't clearly defined. Im not sure who is who to me? There's been times I didnt get Pt. Info gojng in. I have lors of stuff unfortunatlly!
What makes you most happy at work?
Making people better either mentally or physically.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If you look at the help wanted there's several places hiring that pay a couple of dollars more per hour, offer sign on bonus' and holiday bonus pay as well!!
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
It is rare that i hear good things about my coworkers! They need to interact with the pediatric patients and realize that just because fhey cannot talk doesnt mean they are less of a person.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I get to work with patients and make them feel better both by medicine and by making them smile. My point of contact (not sure if shes my supervisor or what?) pairs me up with the right type of patients that id be comfortable with.
