They all are very nice when ive come to the office.

I havent really worked with others as part of a team. High turnaround.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication with nurses and families. No false promises to either the families or nurses.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Underpaid what i was promised. Not putting my current payrate in Work place .
What makes you most happy at work?
Helping and making a difference with my patients day to day living. Whether it be a minor change in diet that or new equipment to keep them safe. Making them smile makes it all worth it.
