I really enjoy my job. I feel like my training was not thorogh and i had to figure a lot out on my own. Overall I feel supported and I can ask questions, but when you dont get adequate training, its difficult to ask questions because you simply dont know what you dont kmow.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel very comfortable asking for help and feel like my support staff is happy to be there for me whenever I need them.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they are always one message away if i need help. Theyre very friendly and welcoming and made me feel apart of their team early on.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I'm happy with what i get laid and feel it refects what I am worth. Becuase if this, I feel more passionate about my work and want to do my best.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing patients get better and meet their goals. Thats what its all about! When you see someone get back on their feet and get their life back under their control, its very rewarding to have helped them achieve that.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Its difficult to group everyone together because the majority of staff treat everyone with respect. I have seen and heard exampes of patients and other staff members not being treated with respect and understanding. Having an assertive personality is not an excuse to be disrespectful or abrasive.
