I think the company is great to work for, they could communicate how the hourly pay rate works a little better especially if someone would have to rely on this job as a primary income, just so they are not caught off gaurd.

Being able to help my clients ans the parents, especially when they are appreciative
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Getting paid for year of experience that I have as an RN, getting yearly raises not based off of the clients insurance reimbursements- I dont see how someone can rely on making a certain pay with one client and potentially pay being cut back down to their hired pay if services are no longer needed
