I love working for Aveanna! Even though I was laid off due to Covid in 2020, I jumped at the opportunity to return! Not only do I love what I do, but I love why I do it! We aren't like other companies, we are changing lives every day; saving lives every day. The work we do truly matters.

Honestly, I am most happy because my team is amazingly supportive, we have an amazing time working together, and my work is challenging, which stimulates me.

The best part of my compensation package is that I have exactly what I need a livable wage, dental benefits, eye benefits, and medical benefits that fit my needs.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best thing about our team is that not only do we work hard to reach our goals together, but we also have fun along the way. We split our team meetings to be about business and also fun things like trivia, games, etc.
