What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Keeping the core value of Fun. Watching this season's "Going for the Gold" contest and seeing the photos of locations celebrating holidays and their achievements is a reminder that our days are hard, but the reward is worth the struggles.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
the average salary for my position is substantially higher at $107k annually., low range on this scale is still higher at $93, 500. Our benefits are on target for the industry, however, it is disheartening to know I've had better coverage for less when employed in positions outside of healthcare.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team jumps in to help each other. We work collaboratively to solve problems and meet our goals. Each of us has areas of expertise, so when hitting a roadblock, there is always someone to bounce thoughts off, allowing us to gain more knowledge and understanding to solve the problem at hand.
