I dont know what uou mean by that. I dont really work with any coworkers

I dont have any. I would if I was able to keep a job there.

To work. And to do what they are supposed to do. Only what they are paid to do.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Workers need to follow what is showed on the training. Please dont come with lots of material to study and forget about it after.
