We communicate and always have each others backs. We all jump in to assist each other without question.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our benefits are a joke and the coverage is subpar at best. We are greatly underpaid comparatively, especially with our mileage reimbursement.
