My patients and nurses. I love seeing the goals achieved whether big or small.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The work load and the travel do not make up for my salary or time away from my daughter.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have a great group of ladies working together in our office. We have many struggles but work wonderful as a team.
