Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
When I applied for this job I was getting out of long-term-care becuse I felt like I could never do enough or work enough hours. I was timid about working with pediatric patients. This has been the best experience and job a person could have. I started out as PDN and moved my way up the ladder.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Temawork and communication. Working well together.
What makes you most happy at work?
My connection with patients and families.

I have a good working relationship with all CSs.

Working together, being able to help, and ask/answer questions.

No good comment at the moment. High turn over rate is an issue.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our clinical team is strong. We help and answer questions when needed. Our director is amazing and knowledgeable!

We are often able to figure things out as a team before having to ask upper management. We also cover for each other when needed.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to mangage my own schedule. Doesn't mean I don't have to work late, but I am able to be involved with my kid.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think the amount of years working with Aveanna should be taken into consideration, rather than everyone getting the same base pay. Also the workload/caseload and visit coverage should be considered.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I often work more than 40 hours per week, travel the furthest distances (up to 3 hours one way to see patients), and get home late into the evening. I love what I do and I love my job, but feel that the pay should be better. I have also struggled getting my daughter helath insurance coverage.
