Our team collaborates very well and operates as a unit

Leadership is approachable and seem to be invested in all of their team members

Everyone is supportive and we help each other out, even if our own plates are full.

Our team consists of a very diverse group and each person brings a bright personality to the office.

What makes you most happy at work?

Being able to accomplish the tasks set for me by leadership and completing goals I set for myself.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

My direct leadership team has excellent communication with transparency, and takes the time to explain corporate changes, which is reassuring and encouraging.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Our team is very cohesive and we work well together. Our communication is strong and we compromise when needed, as well as have the freedom to speak our minds if the situation calls for it.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

More and more tasks that should be performed by positions that were eliminated in an attempt to save money have been shifted to leadership, doubling the workload. However, compensation does not match the additional work that is now assigned/expected.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The amount of work expected for my role and the compensation do not align, particularly for comparable roles in my local area. An wage audit for my locality would be nice, especially if it takes into consideration what others with similar roles are compensated.
