I started as an LVN ten years ago while attending RN school. Now, as an RN, BSN Clinical Supervisor, I am able to contribute to the health of my patients in a supervisory capacity. Aveanna has supported my school schedule and career development every step of the way!
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
My 10 years of experience at Aveanna have been progressive. I started as a Level-3 LVN and was promoted to field RN. Through hard work and dedication, I maintain several positions at Aveanna: RN, BSN Clinical On-Call CS, Alternate Director, and Clinical Supervisor. Amazing company experience!

Working with the Nursing Director and the office team makes me happiest at work.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The "yearly bonus" is a welcome thank you for the after hours and weekend work required.

When the patients are discharged from the hospital, the nurses get to provide the care that keeps them stable.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Since modernization, the Clinical Supervisors have taken on more administrative and operational duties. These new skills are essential for maintaining compliance.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We work as a team that supports Aveanna compliance with our nurses by being the "stop gap" in preventing areas of noncompliance.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our compensation package includes yearly raises, quarterly bonuses, and annual bonuses. This added compensation is great feedback for all the hard work I do.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
At Aveanna, there is a work culture among the leadership team that encourages professional growth. We like to call it "Modernization." Not only have I developed an eagle eye for compliance but consider myself aware of the "whole administrative picture."
