The concept is amazing! but sometimes the execution is lacking. I feel like we need more planning and organization, especially with management, appointing people that we know are knowledged and capable of leading a team. More training.

Planning monthly outings, Fun days, and inclusion days (I wish we had more)
What makes you most happy at work?
The data entry. Knowing what my tasks are and knowing that I am able to execute them with little or no assistance
What are some of the best things about your team?
In the woodland hills office, we try to support each other and help each other with difficult calls and cases. We truly are a team
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like we should be paid more due to the type of work that we do and the number of people we serve. Also, to keep in step with the cost of living!
