Having Unlimited PTO so I can recharge or spend time with family or just take a break when I feel the need.

It was very non-threatening and I felt that they really wanted to learn about me and my skills and what I could bring to the company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Their energy, willingness to learn, work ethic, their fun attitude, willingness to help whenever needed and often without being asked. They are all kind and caring people who work hard and want to make a difference.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
inclusive, caring, helpful, hardworking people who care about those around them and outside the office and are willing to help when needed. It's a Fun loving culture when we respect each other and show appreciation and thank those around us daily.
