There is not a single person I dislike. Everyone is so unique and fun. It's arguably the best part of the job.

I love believing in the product. It makes every part of my job easy when I resonate with what I am doing.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They do a lot of little things to show they care. Free snacks, drinks, breakfast on Tuesday. Plus, our rewards platform is insane.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
They are very flexible with time off as long as you don't take advantage of it. They are also very flexible with working around my school hours.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They were quick to respond and everybody was down to earth. They even gave me a thank you card for coming in for an interview. So thoughtful.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
All of my leaders regularly check in one-on-one to see how I am doing. I love that they check that I'm doing okay both in work and in general life. They are very caring people.
