Everyone jumps in to help! Job titles and egos don't exist in my team at Awardco. I've seriously never had such an amazing team before.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like with inflation and with how the cost of living has skyrocketed in Utah, we should all be receiving raises across the board. Sometimes I feel like we use the phrase "we're a startup" as an excuse to have poor 401k matching, not very great benefits, and low compensation for select teams.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The recruiting process was timely and professional. I've actually applied to Awardco several times and not once was I ghosted. I can't say that for a lot of companies, but I can say that for Awardco. And that meant a lot to me as a candidate who was applying to dozens of jobs a day.
