I am aware that my position is paid less than other positions in the marketplace. If it were more competitive I would feel better about it.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is always willing to help however they can whenever they can. I have never felt belittled for not knowing the answer to something or needing help.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people I work with are just incredible. They truly are the cream of the crop and are committed to my success as an employee, but as an individual.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct supervisor is a perfect fit for me. She embodies what Awardco stands for. Always seeking for ways to improve and help her team improve. This is a direct reflection of the hierarchy of Awardco.
