Awardco still has the startup energy and you can feel it when you walk into the office. Everyone is happy and works as a team even if they are on separate teams.

Feeling like I make a difference, being recognized and appreciated. I really enjoy the culture at Awardco and feel like I am a part of something that is going to be a raging success.
