Overall, I love Awardco. The people here are fantasitc and the software is great and always changing for the better.

The leadership team really cares about their customers and all of the employees that work at Awardco.

I love seeing how much clients and their employees love the Awardco platform and how it makes their employees feel so valued.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love how supportive employees are of another within their teams and even to those outside their teams. They help each other and care about another.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Awardco does do a great job of making their employees feel valued. Compensation should be increased but they are a young company so they will get there in time.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Awardco has such a fun culture! They offer perks to their employees like breakfast on Tuesdays, drinks on Thursdays, unlimited PTO, and snacks. Everyone is so close which really makes it feel like a family.
