Being in sales has been a grind for sure, but has been so rewarding! I have grown to love the company, product, and the people I work with. I really haven't had a single day I was dreading coming into work. Awardco is awesome!
What makes you most happy at work?
Working with awesome people! It seriously makes a difference!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Being on the sales team, I like the bonuses and the opportunity to go get more money.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The culture we have built on this SDR team is known throughout the office. We have built a trust and friendship that makes working fun, but keeps it competitive.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think the culture of not being too serious/professional while keeping it professional (hard to describe) is my favorite part. I feel like I work with a lot of friends!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are working hard to do what's best for Awardco and are very busy, however, we are able to go to them with whatever we need. I love their transparency and they make themselves available to the employees.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I interviewed when Awardco was still very small, so things have changed for sure. I feel like right from the interview process, though, they were interested in me as a person and getting ME into the company, not just another employee.
