What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everyone is available to talk to at any time making concerns or ideas relatively easy to relay
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is willing to lend a hand and make sure clients and coworkers are taken care of. Everyone on my team is nice and easy to work with.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
For the most part, everyone seems to enjoy working here and is excited about where the company is headed. It's fun to be apart of that excitement. Many coworkers knew each other prior to working here, but cliques are minimal.
What did you like most about the interview process?
My interviewers asked questions about my personal life that didn't necessarily have to do with the job. It made me feel comfortable and welcome. Regardless of if I got the position, I felt accepted as a person by my interviewers
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is a lot of talk about growth in the company, but a lot of pressure to stay in current roles. There are also lots of promises delivered with little to no follow through. Benefits are minimal. There is unlimited PTO, but it is pretty strongly frowned upon to actually utilize this perk.
What makes you most happy at work?
The ability to work at my pace. I can hit it really hard or can take an easier day if I have other stressors. My managers trust me to get my work done and I like that I'm not micromanaged. I also enjoy my coworkers and generally have a good time while still being able to get things done
