The only real complaint I can make about Awardco is also a strength. Things are always changing, and that means you never get bored, but you also never quite feel comfortable. Other than equity, it's the reason why I wanted to work at a young tech company
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I just want more opportunities to make more money. Periodic salary increases would also be nice. The real thing is stock/equity, which is supposedly on the way
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone has different strengths and personalities so work is interesting and fun. I feel appreciated and accepted and I think we do a great job of welcoming newcomers
What makes you most happy at work?
Making a real impact at the company and engaging with clients and coworkers. I also actively enjoy seeing how Steve operates the company and I feel like I can learn a lot from him
