Because we are a recognition software company - everyone that has come in has really adopted the concept of recognition and acknowledging each other when help is being extended.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are so close with all of us regardless of them being in the executive level. They treat us all like family and are so personable to just sit and chat with. I feel like they truly all value us as employees and want what is best for us.
