I love what we do in helping other companies create strong cultures of appreciating their employees. And I love the people I work with.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love the unlimited PTO. The company trusts us to not abuse this benefit and encourages us to take vacations and time off. They don't make you feel guilty when you take a vacation or just a day off.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is willing to work hard to help make the company a success. The company isn't siloed and employees interact with one another. We laugh a lot while we are working hard. We recognize and show appreciation to each other.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love that our leaders are open and transparent with their employees. They lead with integrity and are always willing to talk with any employee that has an idea or question for them. They truly care about their employees and about the success of the company.
