They care about every single employee. They do not come off too important to lower level employees, and truly make decisions to best help its employees.

Everybody gets along. We have healthy and encouraging competition, yet everybody is willing to drop anything to help a coworker in need, whether at work or outside of work. My coworkers have become some of my best friends.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's a happy environment! It's very laid back which gives the employees a feeling of freedom and flexibility, but because Awardco is a very fast growing company and everybody works hard, it brings the best out of its employees to do everything they can to help Awardco get to where it needs to be.
