The benefits are good, but the PTO and flexibility in general are definitely my favorite. Awardco does a fantastic job of encouraging work-life balance.

I like that leadership is generally pretty transparent. They also do a great job of recognizing everyone's work. It's easy to feel valued and appreciated here.

It's a fun and friendly office! Awardco is set up in a way to make it easy to become friends with the people on your team.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like that even though I haven't worked here very long, I feel like I make real impacts here. I feel valued by my supervisors and that they are excited to hear my ideas.
