It's fantastic! I get to work with kind and intelligent people which makes work enjoyable and not stressful! The work environment is flexible and understanding but is good to make sure people aren't taking a negative advantage over perks.

Being able to assist clients and their employees receive gifts from their company's safely and efficiently!

I love my coworkers, it's always great to be able to communicate with them over Slack even when we're WFH.

Being able to see the positivity and gratefulness employee to employee real time on our recognition platform and on Slack
What did you like most about the interview process?
During COVID, I was able to interview with my now manager over zoom. It was still a nice and inviting experience.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel like I get paid well for the work I am doing and there is always room to move up and be promoted.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Its a growing company so it's awesome to actually see leadership around office working day to day and taking care of business along side of everyone else!
