What makes you most happy at work?
seeing customers happy & telling me they hope to talk again when they come back on their next visit.
What are some of the best things about your team?
i normally have a good time at work with my team & some of them i consider close friends now.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
just about everyone is willing to listen to you if youre going thru a rough time or juat need to vent to. i didnt have a supportive family growing up & my tram has been nothing but uplifting and empowering.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
i work just as hard as & almost as much the keyholders & managers at B&BW. Ive been offered a keyholder position recently but a 50 cent raise just doesn't seem fair with the extras and responsibilty being a keyholder has.
What did you like most about the interview process?
getting the chance to actually talk and almost have the feeling that youre the one who leads the interview. i dont love the group interviews, it made me feel powerless in a way since there were so many of us and i felt like i had little chmacw ro bw hired with so many other fantastic people there.
