My coworkers, and often the customers as well.

They are understanding and help us do our best
What did you like most about the interview process?
I didn't have much experience but I came with a positive attitude which my interviewer was very appreciative and supportive of.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Minimum wage is unable to satisfy even the most bare bones lifestyle. Not only can I not live comfortably on the salary, it hurts knowing that my coworkers and I aren't valued.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I enjoy working here, My coworkers and I have talked about how much we would appreciate not having to be in our feet all day. People on register don't benefit from not sitting down, nor do the customers. Front of shop greeters would appreciate a soft mat to stand to lessen eventual pain.
