All hours are on call basis, zero notice, everyone calls off day off, managers are rude and won't anwser questions and belittle you for not knowing. Zero direction in training. Worse job ever.

Coworkers are nice but often lost. Managers are rude and give zero direction

Teaching? Being nice. Acting training staff. Knowing what to do in their own job
