They need to put aside biases, judgment, drama and personal feelings and remain respectful and professional only.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is good at timing breaks/lunches however they easily get upset at register mistakes and gossip about and even cut hours of people who make mistakes on register/in general. For a part time seasonal position it's not worth the drama/dresscode/low hours.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being without work for up to 2 weeks at a time risks me losing my home and car, the dress code for jeans should be removed or allow for comfortable slacks, and when I call out sick my manager doesn't include my California sick leave hours even after 3 months of employment
