My previous manager was really nice and I had a positive attitude.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
attitude, respect to there employees, try to be a bit more reasonable and helpful to a difficult customer, try to be a little bit more understanding to there employees,
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Me personally I feel like my main issue was really with my manager and the management team. I sometimes get complaints with some difficult customers once in a while and I feel like my general manager doesn't try to be helpful when I'm in a situation.
